This jerky marinade is easy to use and comes with cure salt, which is necessary for safe meat smoking and dehydration processes.
Simply #soakandsmoke - Soak your meat strips for 24 hours. Stir your strips several times to ensure a uniform and full-flavor penetration. Smoke or dehydrate your jerky treats to mouth-watering perfection!

- Cut meat strips to desired thickness (usually 1/8" to 3/16" thickness"
- Prepare Jerky Juice mixture based upon the weight of meat strips suggested in the table above
- Mix well and pour over meat strips
- Stir occasionally to ensure full flavour distribution and cure salt absorption
- Marinate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Marinate longer if a more bold flavor is desired
- Cook, dehydrate or smoke
- You're done!
Jerky Juice marinade can be added to ground meat and formed into jerky strips using a jerky gun or jerky cannon.
How to make jerky using a jerky gun or cannon:
- Prepare Jerky Juice mixture based upon the weight of ground meat suggested in the meat strips table above
- Mix ground meat and Jerky Juice mixture until a uniform colour is achieved
- Add more Jerky Juice liquid (without cure) for a more bold flavour
- NOTE: Cure salt is added to meat in an 8g to 5lbs ratio. To enhance the bold flavour of Jerky Juice in a 5lbs batch, add additional Liquid Jerky Juice only
- Let stand overnight in a refrigerator
- Load meat mixture into jerky gun and extrude strips onto cooking or dehydration racks
- Cook, dehydrate or smoke
- You're done!
